Tepee Shelter and Barbecue

The foot of Ounasvaara has a Lappish tepee that takes up to 40 persons, and is an excellent place to initiate a festive occasion or indeed spend the whole evening. Even a large group can enjoy the fireplace atmosphere. A number of different menu entireties may be savoured at our tepee restaurant for even the most demanding of gourmets.

The Ounasvaaran Pirtit area also has two barbecue shelters, one by the main building, and one on the banks of the Kemijoki River.
